Items You Need:
- Young Papaya Leaves
- Clean Cloth
- Pestle & Mortar
- 1 Cup Filtered Water
- Empty Bowl
- Empty Bottle
- Scissors

Instructions:
1. Wash the papaya leaves to remove any dirt and sand
2. Roughly cut the papaya leaves into your pestle & mortar
3. Pound until thoroughly crushes
4. Add more roughly cut papaya leaves and continue pounding
5. Add a little water to help extract the juice
6.Take a bowl and place a clean towel over the bowl
7. Place the crushed papaya leaves on the clean cloth that is over the empty bowl
8. Squeeze the juice out
9. Pour the juice into a clean bottle/jar
