Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. Palak Paneer Ingredients:
Spinach leaves – 400 grams (1 bunch)
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 200 grams cut into cubes
Onion – 1 large chopped
Tomato – 1 large chopped
Green Chilies – 2 cut in half
Ginger – 1 inch chopped
Garlic – 10-12 cloves
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red Chili powder – ½ tsp
Nutmeg powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste – To taste
For the Garnish:
Cream – 1 Tbsp
Cottage Cheese – 1 Tbsp grated
