Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. 3 green chillies
15g lemon zest
6 cloves garlic
3 Tbs black mustard seeds, roasted
3 Tbs coriander seeds, roasted
80ml lemon juice
200ml pumpkin seed oil

For the squid:
3 tomatoes
900g squid
100g rocket
