Green Coffee Bean Extract is sourced from Europe and is standardized to more than 99% Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the compound present in coffee. Which has been long known as for its beneficial properties. This is my entry to the Next FoodNetwork Star Youtube Challenge.

Recipe:

- Some leftover duck from a takeout restaurant
- A piece of smoked salmon
- A head of broccoli
- A tomato
- Some ground flax seed
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic powder (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Oregano (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Paprika (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Alcohol (I used gin and brandy, feel free to use beer, vodka, etc)

Step 1: heat up duck in pan
Step 2: chop stuff
Step 3: toss stuff in pan (in right order, obviously)
Step 4: serve
Step 5: eat

Doesn’t get much easier for the quality of food that comes out the other end.
