[Function]

In a previous video I discussed how 5-HTP helped reduce my levels of anxiety but overtime killed my motivation. One of you guys chimed in and said I needed to stack it with L-Tyrosine because prolonged 5-HTP use decreases available dopamine in the brain.

This is true of L-Tyrosine as well. Too much L-Tyrosine can have an inverse effect on serotonin in your brain so it’s crucial to supplement with 5-HTP to boost things up. If you’re taking one of these supplements it’s important to supply your body with the other to balance things out. You do not want to deplete your body of serotonin or dopamine.
