Ingredients:

60g almond
600g h2o
100g dates(or any variety of sweetener)
2 tsp matcha powder
10g jelly fig seed
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)

*you could use any variety of milk(keep bought a single) as an alternative of building selfmade almond milk. use 600g milk if you do that.

Recommendations:

1. soak raw almonds overnight
2. drain and rince the almonds and mix with dates and h2o
three. strain with mesh bag
4. mix the almond milk with matcha and jelly fig seed
5. therapeutic massage the seeds until finally the mixture thickens
six. go away for thirty minutes.
