Ingredients:

100g adzuki beans
100g cashew nuts
40g palm sugar
180g maple syrup
80g oil
200g soy milk
1 tbsp matcha
1 tbsp baking powder
400g pastry flour

Instructions:

1. soak adzuki beans overnight.
2. boil adzuki beans and add palm sugar. keep simmering until adzuki beans are soft and water is gone.
3. add all the ingredients.
4. bake at 350/180 for 25 mins
