[What is Huperzine A]

Huperzia is a type of moss that grows in China. It is related to club mosses (the Lycopodiaceae family) and is known to some botanists as Lycopodium serratum . The whole prepared moss was used traditionally. Modern herbal preparations use only the isolated alkaloid known as huperzine A. Huperzine A is an alkaloid found in huperzia that has been reported to prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine, an important substance needed by the nervous system to transmit information from cell to cell. Animal research has suggested that huperzine A’s ability to preserve acetylcholine may be greater than that of some prescription drugs. Loss of acetylcholine function is a primary feature of several disorders of brain function, including Alzheimer’s disease . Huperzine A may also have a protective effect on brain tissue, further increasing its theoretical potential for helping reduce symptoms of some brain disorders.

[Function] Used in alternative medicine, huperzine A has been found to act as a cholinesterase inhibitor, a type of medicine used to prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine (a chemical essential to learning and memory).

Not only used as a treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, huperzine A is also said to enhance learning and memory and to protect against age-related cognitive decline.

In addition, huperzine A is sometimes used to boost energy, increase alertness, and aid in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (an autoimmune disorder that affects the muscles).

Rice water has been used by Japanese women for centuries for its beauty benefits. Also Chinese women have been using green tea for many things including using it as part of their beauty regimen for young glowing skin.

Rice-green tea water offers lots of health benefits to the skin or face. Regular use of this product will help reduce signs of ageing, like wrinkles, sagging skin and fine lines. It can help reverse the effects of sun damage to the skin, and also remove age spot.U can use it as a facial cleanser,or toner, can be used in the treament of Acne, eczema, irritated skin or Sunburn. …

Greentea-rice water can also be used on the hair as hair rinse, hair food or condtioner. it’s gonna helps remedy damaged hair, prevents hair breakage, increase hair growth, and give you stronger, longer, shinier hair.

So lets get started………

Ingredients:

I Used 2 major ingredients here. First is

1/4 cup of rice –any rice is good

Benefits of rice….
Rice is rich in vitamins, minerals, carbohydrate and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin and healthier. It is also rich in ferulic acid, a great antioxidant, and allantoin, which is an anti-inflammatory in nature.

1 Green tea bag.
Benefits of green tea:
Green tea contains a high amount of antioxidants, enzymes, amino acids, and phytochemicals like polyphenols. It also has vitaminB, folate, manganese, potassium, magnesium and caffeine

1 Cup of water

2 empty clean containers, One for storage and the other for soaking the rice and tea and a clean pot

Add the tea and water into the pot and bring it to boil. Remove from heat and set aside. Rinse the rice with cool water to remove impurites. Add the rice to the water, stir with a spoon and leave it on the kitchen tabel overnight for it to ferment a little.

The next morning shake the container or use a spoon to stir it. Filter out the water using a sieve, and then transfer it into the storage bottle or spary bottle.

WHILE CLEANING THE FACE

How to use this product:

Clean you face with water, then dry it. Soak a cotton ball with the green tea-rice water, and use it to clean your face, allow the product to air dry.

Do this once a day at bed time. You don’t need to wash it off. except if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

If you want to use it on your hair, Add it to a spary bottle and spray it all over the hair and massaga your hair. Again no need too wash it off.

If you want to use it as Hair rinse: You can add some of it into a bowl of water and use it to rinse your hair.

YOU can add few drops of essential oil to this mixture if you don’t like the smell.
