Product Description

The wolfberry is harvested when the fruit is orange red. How to Select, Buy Red Chilly & How to make Home-Made Powder.

Buy long red chilies without the stalk part. Dry roast in batches for 1 minute. Put in sunlight for 4-5 hours. IT should break with a crisp crack , after keeping in sunlight. Give it in grinding mills & make it as a fine powder. Don’t close immediately, let the heat out by putting the powder in a wide bowl till it drops down to room temperature. Store it in a dry container & handle dryly.
