[What is Rhodiola Rosea]

Rhodiola Rosea (also known as Arctic root or golden root) is a member of the family Crassulaceae, a family of plants native to the arctic regions of Eastern Siberia. Rhodiola rosea is widely distributed  in Arctic and mountainous regions throughout Europe and Asia. It grows at altitudes of 11,000 to 18,000 feet above sea level.

There are numerous animal and test tube studies showing that rhodiola has both a stimulating and a sedating effect on the central nervous system; enhance physical endurance; improves thyroid, thymus, and adrenal function; protects the nervous system, heart and liver; and has antioxidant and anticancer properties.

This video is meant to be informative and share with my viewers two vitamin supplements that have an interesting composition of ingredients. For example, the Rainbow Light has ingredients such as Horsetail, Burdock Root, Organic Spirulina, and Fo Ti. In addition, the Whole Foods supplement has ingredients such as Gotu Kola, Dandelion, and Green Tea. I was taking one of each of these vitamins at night in addition to the Mega Food Skin, Nails & Hair 3x a day (see video).

Roasting Pumpkin Seeds
Recipe #1
Pumpkin Pie Seeds
2 Cups of DRY Seeds
1/4 Stick of melted butter
1/2 Cup of Organic sugar
(Sugar of choice or
Coconut sugar for lower carbs)
2 Tbls of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp of sea salt
2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
4 Tbsp of Chia seeds OPTIONAL!
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown

Recipe #2
Spicy Parmesan
2 Cups of DRY Seeds
Oil of Choice (olive, Butter, Grapeseed)
(Coat seeds with oil before adding spices)
½ Cup of Parmesan
1-2 Tbsp of Cayenne Pepper
(Depending on how spicy you like it)
1 Tbsp of Garlic Salt
1 tsp of parsley
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown

Recipe #3
Garden Ranch and Dill
2 Cups of DRY Seeds
Oil of Choice (olive, Butter, Grapeseed)
(Coat seeds with oil before adding spices)
1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dry seasoning
2 Tbsp of Dry Dill Weed
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 ½ Tbsp Onion powder
1 ½ Tbsp of Garlic Salt
Add Ingredients to coated seeds and stir well
Preheat oven, Cook at 320 for 15 minutes stir and
cook till crispy and Golden brown
