Ingredients of Ilish Macher Matha Diye Kumror Ghonto:
1. Kumro / Pumpkin ( 500 gm )
2. Ilish Macher Matha / Hilsa Fish Head
3. Red Chilli Powder
4. Black Cumin Seeds
5. Turmeric Powder
6. Slitted Green Chilli (4 pcs)
7. Salt
8. Sugar
9. Mustard Oil

Methods of how to cook Ilish Macher Matha Diye Kumror Ghonto:
1. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp mustard oil in it.
2. Add ¼ tsp black cumin seeds. Fry for 10 sec.
3. Add sliced pumpkin, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, and ¼ tsp red chilli powder. Mix it well.
4. Close the lid and cook for 10 min in medium flame.
