Green Coffee Bean Extract is sourced from Europe and is standardized to more than 99% Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the compound present in coffee. Which has been long known as for its beneficial properties. Making Cinnamon Oil from scratch in an easy, quick and cheap way.

It only cost me 0.85 Euros (0.95 $).

Cinnamon oil is great for baking recipes such as cookies, muffins, cakes, donuts and other sweet pastries as it gives a sublte cinnamon-y smell and taste.

You can also use Cinnamon Oil for cosmetic purposes such as skin care, as it is really nourishing. Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial purposes as well as olive oil which is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids.

Using good quality Extra virgin olive oil and cinnamon will boost the goodness of this recipe.
