Broccoli Soup-
200gm Broccoli (1 small)
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Cream

Mushroom and Corn Soup-
1 Packet Mushroom
1/2 Cup Corn Canals
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Rosemerry
1 tsp Paprika/Degi Mirch
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Cream
1 1/4th Cup Water
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder

Spicy Carrot and Cauliflower Soup-
2 Carrots
1 small Cauliflower
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
Water
Salt and Pepper as per taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Cream(optional)
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
