Valerian root (valeriana officinalis) is derived from a plant native to Europe and Asia. Recipe – Garlic Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
●1 tablespoon canola oil
●1/2 teaspoon celery salt
●1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
●1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
●2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds

Now that I’m on a new hair journey (I do plan on getting a small trim in about a month to keep it short through the spring). I wanted to approach my hair the way I wish I did in the first year of my first big chop. This time around I plan on doing a version of the curly girl method right from the beginning (no combs etc.), and I also plan on doing a quarterly detox to refresh my hair.

Overall I really like how soft my hair felt after using Soultanicals Pumpkin-Kaolin Healing Locks , the only thing is my hair did not maintain the shine it’s recently been having the next day. I think it’s partly because the clay while softening and make your hair look dry, but it should totally bounce back after.
