Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Cups Diced Chicken
2/3 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick
12 oz Broccoli (cooked)
1/4 Cup Eggbeaters
1/2 Cup 2% Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
4 Tablespoons Parmesan Grated Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Optional (Garlic Powder)
Pie Pan
Instructions:
First Take Bisquick and Eggbeaters and mix in a small bowl. Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons of water and blend until its a silky smooth consistency
Spray pie pan with Pam
Spread dough on the bottom of the pie pan
Add Chicken and Broccoli
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top and salt and pepper
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes (until top is golden brown)
Sprinkle half a cup of cheese on top
Bake for 2 to 3 more minutes (until cheese is melted)
Cut into 8 Slices! Each Slice is 3 Points!
