[Function]

Blueberries are flowering plants of the genus Vaccinium with dark-blue berries. They are picked up from wild bushes which are free of pollution. Blueberry are rich in anthocyanosides,

proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, flavons and tannins inhibit mechanisms of cancer cell development and inflammation.

[Application]
1. Protect eyesight and prevent blindness, glaucoma, improve myopia.
2. Scavenge free radical activity, prevent atherosclerosis.

In Denmark, we ate Knækbrød for breakfast, lunch or as a snack. I like this delicious version because it has all kinds of seeds in the recipe. Plus, it is nice to make your own homemade
Crispbread or in Danish Knækbrød

1/2 cup sunflower kernels
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup oatmeal
9 oz ryeflour
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
The crispbread goes great with nutella, cheese or jam. Enjoy the crisp bread with a cup of coffee, tea or your favorite beverage.
