Quercetin is a plant pigment (flavonoid). It is found in many plants and foods, such as red wine, onions, green tea, apples, berries, Ginkgo biloba, St. John’s wort, American elder, and others. Buckwheat tea has a large amount of quercetin. People use quercetin as a medicine.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whisk milk, cream, pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin spice blend, cinnamon and maple syrup together over medium heat. When steamy, remove from heat and add vanilla. Use a strainer to transfer the creamer into a pitcher. Let cool down and store in refrigerator.
