巴西莓’沙冰’ (Acai bowl)
材料:
1湯匙 巴西莓粉
1茶匙 奇亞籽*
2杯水果(包括急凍覆盆子和至少半條急凍香蕉)
2湯匙米奶(椰子水/杏仁牛奶)
1/2碟 配料 e.g.水果(香蕉,藍莓,士多啤梨),果仁(杏仁,合桃,椰子片),紅棗*,杞子*
可以自由配答水果的種類和配料,做自己口味的Acai bowl。
若攪拌後的巴西莓’沙冰’ (Acai bowl)太酸,可加入蜜糖。

Acai bowl
Ingredients:
1 tbs Acai berry powder
1 tsp Chia seeds*
2 cup of fruits (including frozen raspberries and at least half frozen banana)
2 tbs of rice milk (coconut water/almond milk)
1/2 dish of toppings, e.g. fruit (banana, strawberries and blueberries),
nuts (almonds, walnuts), red dates* and goji berries*
Fruits and toppings are totally optional.
You can always vary the type of fruits to make your own Acai bowl.
Honey is for extra sweetness.
