This is a very, very, simple process. We get this question all of the time from people who have difficulty swallowing the caplets. Perhaps they have a problem with Gag Reflex, or it may be a small child who is not able to consume the Beta Glucan Capsule with ease. To access the powder inside the capsule, you simply open it and dump it out. Now, it doesn’t taste incredibly delicious, hence the encapsulated form: it is rather plain. In addition, you want to be sure that you are getting an exacted dose, that becomes a little difficult when broken apart.

If you try to mix within a glass of water, it tends to stick to the sides. In such a case, you may want to hide it inside Jell-O or Pudding for a child. If you are giving it to your pet dog or cat, you can mask its savor with Peanut Butter. In general, giving it to animals is relatively easy since they don’t care about its taste.
