Palm oil producing process.
 
Palm oil is divided into red oil and white oil. Red oil is pressed by the palm fruit pulp, mainly for 
 
edible oil. White oil is pressed by the palm kernel, mainly for industrial oil.
 
Red oil is made by the fresh palm fruit string, each string is 10Kg to 20Kg.The fruit string should
 
 do the high temperature cooking, Threshing the fruit fro the string, heating  and pressed by our
 
 PALM-1 palm oil press can get red oil with water and stag, with separting and filting get red palm 
 
oil.

two.The uncooked substance of red oil is receiving from unbroken palm fruit (Pounds is 10-20kg). After thermophilicdigestion,palm berry fruits are separated from the unbroken fruit.After heating ,put the palm berry fruit into palm devoted oil press,the kernel,fibre,and the red oil combination like water ,slag can be created.After separating,can get pure red palm oil.
 
three.The kernel can be pressed into oil by screw oil press just after breaking.
