How using a 5 day Detox and Lemon Water has help me shed belly fat!!
Day 1-5
5-Day Acai Berry Cleanse purchased at Family Dollar $5
I started with the cleanse and made small changes to my eating habits. I replaced the Mountain Dew for Water with Lemon slices.
( I didn’t do any exercise the first week)
Days 6-9
I added the Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon and Water (no tap water) and 45 mins- 60 mins on my bike or walking.

I will be adding a waist trainer in the next 5 days… I will keep you posted on my progress.
