½ Cup Coconut Water
One Tablespoon Chia Seeds
One Teaspoon Maca Powder
One Scoop or Packet Protein of Choice (Optional)
½ Cup Frozen Kale
1 Packet Sambazon Frozen Acai
½ Cup Each: Frozen Blueberries, Pineapple and Mango
2 Frozen Bananas
Toppings:
¼ Cup Hempseed Granola
One Tablespoon Goji Berries
One Tablespoon Raw Cashews
