Acai Bowl Ingredients:
· 2 Sambazon (or similar) acai smoothie packs (unsweetened)
· 1 banana
· 1 cup of fresh berries (if desired)
· 1 cup of coconut water
· ½ cup of almond or soy milk
· Graola
· Banana slices
· Pineapple, mango, coconut, chopped
· Goji berries
· Bee pollen
· Guava puree (fresh or frozen)
· Honey
· Nut butter

Acai Bowl Directions:
1. Break frozen acai into chunks and place in blender
2. Add other acai bowl ingredients to the blender
a. 1 banana
b. 1 cup of fresh berries (if desired)
c. 1 cup of coconut water
d. ½ cup of almond or soy milk
3. Blend until smooth. Dish into individual bowls
4. Add toppings. Be creative! I used:
a. Graola
b. Banana slices
c. Pineapple, mango, coconut, chopped
d. Goji berries
e. Bee pollen
f. Guava puree (fresh or frozen)
g. Honey
h. Nut butter
