HARDBODY PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE:
3/4 cup water
1 cup ice
2 tbs canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (adjust to your liking)
1 packet stevia
2 serving french Vanilla Creme Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein
Mix in blender
CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT SHAKE
3/4 cup water
1 cup ice
2 scoops Chocolate Hydrowhey
1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
2 tbs plain greek yogurt
Mix in blender
PUMPKIN PANCAKES
2 tbs pumpkin puree
2 egg whites
dash of cinnamon
dash of pumpkin spice
1.3 cups of oatmeal
1 scoop of French Vanilla Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein
Mix in blender, pan fry the batter
