For the recipe:

1/2 pound beef, sliced
1 head of broccoli (1/2 lb)
3 green onions, sliced
Seasoning Trio mix;
2 tsp of minced ginger, 2 tsp garlic, and white parts of the green onions

Beef Marinade Mix:

2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Mirin (sweet cooking alcohol) or sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp corn starch

For the end sauce:

2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Mirin or sugar

For a more saucy texture, add 1/4 cup of water or stock to thin out and then thicken with corn starch slurry (1 Tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp water) at the end.
