Asian Style Chicken Wings and Butternut Squash Fries Tutorial
1 Serving
[Chicken wings]
•5-10 Chicken Wings
•1 Tbs Honey
•1/2 Tbs Olive Oil
•1/2 Tbs Light Soya Sauce
•1-2 Garlic Cloves
•1 tsp Ginger, minced
•1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
•A few tsp of Water
•Baking Sheet
•Tin Foil
[Butternut Squash Fries]
•1/4 of a Butternut Squash
•1/2 tsp Olive Oil
•Pinch of Nutmeg, Pepper, Parsley, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder
•Vegetable Peeler
•Spoon
•Large Knife
Directions;
[Chicken Wings]
•Mince Ginger and Garlic
•Pour Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Honey, Soya Sauce, and Water into a dish
•Stir to combine
•Place Chicken Wings into the dish and toss to coat
•Let marinate in the refrigerator 1-6 hours turning Chicken Wings over half way through
•Place into a tin foil ridged/lined portion of the baking sheet
•Pour a little of the marinade over Chicken Wings
•Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes turning over half way through
[Butternut Squash Fries]
•Slice top and bottom off of the Butternut Squash
•Split in half lengthwise
•Scoop out center with a Spoon
•Peel outside skin with a Vegetable Peeler
•Slice into Fry shapes
•Drizzle with Olive Oil
•Sprinkle with Herbs & Spices
•Toss to coat evenly
•Bake at 350° 35-40 minutes turning over half way through
