Today’s recipe is “Spiced Green Tea Smoothie”. Simmer’s are on peak & we avoid to have warm or hot things in summer and prefer to have chilled things ( Like ice creams, cold drinks or anything that will make us feel cool in this hot summer). So here is the solution to consume Green Tea and enjoy summers too. Let’s see how to make our Spiced Green Tea Smoothie.
Ingredients:
1. One cup chilled green tea
2. Pinch of red Chilli powder/chilli flakes
3. Diced red apple one cup
4. Diced Green Apple/Pear one cup
5. Diced Kiwis
6. 2 tbsp of non-fat yoghurt
7. Honey
8. Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds, Pumpkin seeds.
9. Ice cubes
Preparation:
Put all things in the blender and blend until smooth in texture and serve.
