BERRY CHIA PUDDING | no sugar, no gluten, healthy breakfast

Today I show you a very quick and easy breakfast that you can prepare the night before and take with you on the go the next day!

Here is the recipe for you:

- 1 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup

Stir well and store in the fridge for 1 hour. Divide the chia pudding into 3 parts and add 1 teaspoon of berry powder (I used acai, blackberry) to each part. Let 1/3 natural or add some vanilla to give it more flavour. Mix again and layer in a jar. For the last layer I mixed up 1 cup of vegan yogurt together with blueberry powder.
