Dosing: ½ for those who respond well to 150 MG’s of caffeine, 1
scoop for anyone responds well to 175 MG to 250 MG of caffeine and 1.5 scoops for those with high tolerance to caffeine and typically prefer their pre workouts to be above 300 milligrams of caffeine.

Multiple Stimulants confirmed, Caffeine, Theophylline, Synephrine, DMAA or Amp Citrate (V2).

Taste Rating: Orange Creamsicle 7.5, Blueberry 5.

Blueberry – Does not taste very much like blueberry at all. If I had to describe it’s taste, it has a very slight hint of blueberry flavor overall. I tried taking 1 scoop at 4 oz, 6 oz and 8 oz with water. It was best with 8 ounces. 8 ounces weakens the flavoring and actually brings out the blueberry a bit more. Taste Rating 5.

Orange Creamsicle – This flavor is amazingly better than blueberry. Describing the taste, imagine an orange creamsicle ice cream with 50 percent less overall sweetness. It is definitely bearable and I could do multiple tubs of the Orange Creamsicle and be OK.

With that being said, it is middle of the road when it comes to orange flavorings in supplements overall. Orange Creamsicle works well with 4 oz with ½ scoop, and 6 oz’s with a full scoop. I used a 10 to 12 oz with 1 and a half scoops of Orange Creamsicle.
One thing that is very important to note is Nutraclipse uses Natural Flavoring ONLY with Alpha Drive. So expectations for taste should not be high. Definitely recommend Orange Creamsicle over Blueberry.

Energy: ½ Scoop, 1 scoop, 1.5 scoops

Alpha Drive definitely has a kick-in effect. At around the 10 minute mark, Alpha drive provides pure energy and it lasts well over an 1 hr and a half regardless of how much of it you take.
1.5 scoops will definitely last you with enough energy for a 2 hr workout. It’s a fulfilling effect that keeps you feeling energized and strong throughout your workouts. Overall, energy levels were very high and smooth without feeling jittery or over the top.

Intensity and Endurance. Rating – 10

With either version, I will say that I did have excellent endurance and performance between my sets. I never had any trouble with motivation to hit the next set with Alpha Drive. Alpha Drive again performs in this category where many other pre workouts truly wished they could. There we’re times where I would end up doing an extra set because I had so much energy and focus. It was a great feeling to have and kept me focused throughout my workouts.

Pumps: 8

Alpha Drive definitely delivers an adequate pump. The pump can be described as excellent because it works very well with the increased focus and energy provided. It has a hardening effect without making your muscles swell up like some water based pump ingredients. I never felt like I couldn’t complete a set which is just the right amount of pump.
