RECIPE
1 cup pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 LARGE carrot
Many fingerling potatoes
Salmon
Fresh ginger
Maple Syrup
Thyme, Basil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Toasted Sesame Seed
4tbsp butter
8oz goat cheese
1. Melt and mix butter with thyme, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, and toasted sesame seeds

2. Pan sear salmon with butter mix

3. Bring evaporated milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, and heavy cream mixture to a simmer

4. Chop potatoes, carrot, and ginger. Add to soup

5. Let cook, add goat cheese

6. Slice salmon and add to soup, let cook 5 minutes, serve hot
