This is the first time I made biscotti. and it was really tasty;)
I’m thinking about making other flavored biscotti.
what kind of flavor do you want to watch?

実はビスコッティ作るの初めてでした。
が、味はめっちゃ良かったです。
なので違う味も作ってみようと思っているのですが、リクエストあります？(^^)

Ingredients:

260g pastry flour
50g almond flour
2 tbsp flax seeds
180g soy milk
90g cane sugar
50g walnuts
20g coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. make flax seeds into powder.
2. combine all the ingredients. dust flour and shape the dough into rectangle.
3. bake at 350F/180C for 20 mins.
4. slice the dough into 1/3 ~ 1/2 inch thick.
5. bake another 20mins.
6. flip the biscotti over and bake further 20 mins.

「材料」

薄力粉　260g
アーモンドプードル　50g
フラックスシード　大さじ2
豆乳　180g
きび砂糖　90g
くるみ　50g
ココナッツオイル　20g
ベーキングパウダー　小さじ1
バニラエクストラクト　小さじ1

「作り方」

１、フラックスシードをミルサーなどで粉末状にします。
２、生地に小麦粉をまぶし、長方形にします。
３、１８０℃で２０分ほど焼きます。
４、1〜1.5cmほどの厚さにスライスします。
５、さらに２０分ほど焼きます。
６、ビスコッティをひっくり返し、もう２０分焼きます。
