Broccoli Salad: Recipe Try at Home
You will need:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup @siggis nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Sea salt & black pepper
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon fresh chives or diced green onion
1/4 cup raisins
4 strips of bacon, baked and chopped
Whisk or blend all of the ranch dressing ingredients together until creamy.
Toss the broccoli with the almonds, raisins, and bacon in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
