Ingredients to make HomeMade Whey Protein shake :-

Soy milk
1 tsp flax seeds powder
1 tbsp sattu ( roasted chickpeas flour)
Mixed nuts & seeds powder ( Almonds, sunflower seeds, & pumpkin seeds
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey ( optional)
1 tsp Cinnamon ( optional)
2 tbsp sprouted mung dal

Method to make HomeMade Whey Protein shake :-

Heat soy milk, once it starts to boil simmer it for few minutes
Switch off the flames and add juice of two lemon at room temperature
Slowly the milk will start to curdle. Use a sieve and a cloth to separate Milk soil from the liquid

Combine all the ingredients above in a blender and blend it for 5-8 minutes
