- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 tablespoon of white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

- 1/3 box of Fettuccine noodles
- 3-4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
