Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my childhood favorites. I made a healthier version of a choco chip cookie recipe, but it is filled with flavor and the best chewy texture. Choco Chip Cookies will never be the same after you try out this recipe. Have a cup of tea and this cookie when the cravings strike and you will not even know it is good for you! ChocoChip Chewy Cookies
• 1/2 cup Almond Flour
• 1/2 cup Oat Flour
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 cup Stevia
• 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
• 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
• 2 tbsp Whey Protein
• 40 g Dark Choco Chunks
• 1 Egg
Instructions
1. In a bowl cream you sugar, stevia, egg and maple syrup
2. Then add your whey protein and mix
3. Add the rest of your dry ingredients a Little bit at a time útil well incorporated
4. Then mix inn you chocolate chunks leaving ¼ of them to top your cookies
5. Place in a cookie sheet and bake at 275 F for 15 to 20 min or until Golden
6. Let cook completely before removing from baking sheet and store.
7. This recipe yields 8 to 10 cookies.
