Today I have made Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Banana Bread for you. This recipe is so simple and really easy to put together. It is vegan, gluten free, oil-free, and delicious. You can add any extra toppings such as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, but I just decided to keep it plan and add chocolate chunks.

Ingredients:
-1 Cup Oat Flour
-1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
-1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
-1 Tbsp Cinnamon
-1 Large Ripe Banana
-1/2 Cup + ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree
-1 Tsp Nutmeg
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-1/4 Cup Vegan Chocolate
