Chocolate Truffle, Raspberry-Filled, Cheesecake Balls, Low-Carb, Keto
Want to make a simple, no-bake cheesecake recipe, that’s keto-friendly (i.e.- super low in carbohydrates) and gluten free. Try this amaz-ballz recipe.
To make 10 amazing ballz:

*Based on the products/brands we used
1/2 Brick Cream Cheese
6 Squares of Dark Chocolate (90%,85%)
1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Stevia (to taste)
Salt (we used himalayan)
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1. Make balls by enveloping 1 frozen raspberry in cream cheese, then form a ball.
2. Coat your ball with either: melted dark chocolate, melted dark chocolate + cocoa powder or melted dark chocolate + coconut flakes
3. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes – 4 hours
5. Enjoy!!
