Cinnamon Apple Oats Recipe:

1/2 cup quick oats*
1-2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder*
Cinnamon
Flax seed
Seeds

Mix all ingredients

Add 1/2 to 1 red apple
5 drops stevia

Cover for 5 minutes
Stir and top with bee pollen

*Regular oats are better for you than quick oats and you can prepare this in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight for fully cooked oats in the morning. Also, I use bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oats
*If your protein powder is sweet enough you may not need stevia. Plant Fusion is my favorite brand of vegan protein powder.
