Straight garlic. That was the idea for today. Originally we were going to use my wife’s garlic press and a few cloves of garlic, but I couldn’t find the press. Then I was going get some of the minced garlic in a jar. Couldn’t find that either.

Finally I found a tube of organic garlic paste. We are sure that when used appropriately, it’s a delicious product to use on toast or whatever you want to add it to. As a stand alone eaten condiment, it is terrible.
