This week we grab a jar of chili jam made with Cranberries and Habanero’s from the Wiltshire Chilli Farm.

Ingredients: Sugar, Cider vinegar, Cranberry (8%), Red pepper, Onion, apple pectin & Habanero chillies.

To Note:
Since recording this we have tried some more at a food festival and the Jam was/is much thicker in consistency now.
