Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2-1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick (8 Tbsp) of cold butter, cut into cubes
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of 1 orange
