This is one of my Superfood Green Smoothies that I consume straight after a workout to help with my muscle recovery. Its a high nutrition and high potency smoothie that contains over 26 different superfoods, highly alkalising green leafys and vegan brown rice protein.

Recipe:
2 Apples
3-4 Kale leaves
6-8 Cos Lettuce leaves
800mL Spring Water
1-2 teaspoons Bee Pollen
1/2 Lime (peeled)
1/4 cup Goji Berries
1 teaspoon Schizandra eeTee
1/4 teaspoon to 2 heaped teaspoons Revive Superfood powder

Method: Add all ingredients into the blender except the Revive, blend until smooth then add the Revive and briefly blend, pour and serve.
