For Day 10 of our 365 Day Challenge, we make one of Dr. Michael Greger’s favorite smoothies! This smoothie is packed with tons of health benefits and is simple to make!

Recipe:
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 TSPs Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 TSP Amla Powder
1/4 TSP Tumeric Powder
1 TBSP Ground Flax Seed
1/4 Cup Frozen Cranberries
1/8 to 1/4 Cup Date sugar, pitted dates, or other sweetner
1 Cup Crushed Ice
1.5 Cups Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
