How to make Almond Milk

Making almond milk or DIY almond milk is easier than you think, way less expensive and much healthier than commercial brands.
Problems with commercial almond milk:
Most commercial almond milk’s I’ve seen have more than 10 ingredients in them none of which are healthy or natural and there is no reason to be eating any of them. It also has vitamin D2, which is actually an inhibitor of D3, which is the important vitamin D that we need to get.
Ingredients for Almond Milk:
1 cup soaked almonds – Soak raw almonds over night in pure water, then throw out the water.
3-4 cups pure water
2 dates soaked (you can also use honey or stevia) Make sure you cut out the pits from there.

Blend ingredients for a minute

You can also add:
