Duck Fat Rendered Salmon with Broccoli and Tomatoes

This is my entry to the Next FoodNetwork Star Youtube Challenge.

Recipe:

- Some leftover duck from a takeout restaurant
- A piece of smoked salmon
- A head of broccoli
- A tomato
- Some ground flax seed
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic powder (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Oregano (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Paprika (or whatever you have in your pantry)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Alcohol (I used gin and brandy, feel free to use beer, vodka, etc)

Step 1: heat up duck in pan
Step 2: chop stuff
Step 3: toss stuff in pan (in right order, obviously)
Step 4: serve
Step 5: eat

Doesn’t get much easier for the quality of food that comes out the other end.
