Ingredients:
600g frozen strawberries
45g agar agar powder or gelatin
450g powdered sugar
2 lemons, zest and juice
Optional:
1 cup roasted tree nuts or coconut

For sugar free version: just mix in i cup pitted chopped dates and 1/2 cup raisins
