Ingredients:
5dl water
0,5-1cm ginger root, peeled and chopped (size depends on thickness of the ginger root).
1 cinnamon stick
Freshly squeezed lemon juice after taste.

- Ginger root is a rich source of powerful antioxidants such as gingerols, shogaols and zingerones.
