REcipe :
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin (or fresh cooked/pureed pumpkin) IF YOU WANT IT MORE RICH PUMPKIN FLAVOR… USE 1 CUP OF THE PUMPKIN..IT’S DECADENT!
-1/2 cup LIGHT coconut milk
-1/2 cup cold water
-1 to 2 teaspoons of Stevia (or sweeten to your liking)
-8 to 10 ice cubes
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-pumpkin spice to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
-OPTIONAL: add a scoop of your fav. protein powder for a great protein kick
-BLEND ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH… THEN..
-Garnish with LOW SUGAR whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon for and indulgent treat…guilt free!!!!! YUMMMM
-NOTE: if you do not wish to use stevia… a great way to sweeten naturally is honey..but it does up the sugar content..
