INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups raw pepitas
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
Note: You can add a dash of cayenne pepper for a little heat!
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 300-degrees (F). Line bake sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Spread mixture in a single layer on parchment-lined bake sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Seeds should be golden and crunchy.
