My 3 favorite recipes for Fat Bombs! Orange Dreamsicle, Chocolate Peppermint, and Peanut Butter!

Orange Cream Fat Bomb
4 ounces of coconut oil
4 ounces butter
3 ounces Cream cheese
3 tablespoons heavy cream
3 drops of Orange oil or 3/4 tsp orange extract
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Sweetener to taste powdered or liquid

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.

4 ounces coconut oil
4 ounces butter
2 tablespoons coconut butter or coconut manna
3 drops peppermint oil
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ tsp instant coffee
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
Sweetener to taste, powdered or liquid

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.

Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

4 ounces of butter
4 ounces of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (just ground peanuts and salt)
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt, if using unsalted butter or unsalted pb
Sweetener to taste, powdered or liquid

Blend in a mixer or use an immersion blender to mix it very well so that it doesn’t separate while setting up.
